Sales policy
All of our items are in used condition unless specifically stated otherwise. For this reason, items are sold as seen. Although it is our policy to be as honest and accurate as possible with each of our item descriptions, we always advise customers to view the item prior to purchase. If this is not possible, you are always welcome to email or telephone our shop or warehouse with any queries you may have, or just for a second opinion on the condition or quality of an item. Our staff aren't paid on sales commission, so ask us whatever you like and we'll answer as honestly as we can!

You are welcome to view or collect any item from its current location, whether that be the shop or the warehouse. However, we do not have display facilities for our smaller items, so it's always a good idea to let us know in advance and we can ensure your item is accessible.

Refund policy
We rely on a rapid turnover of stock, and our web site is updated at least three times per week. Although it doesn't happen very often, if you purchase an item only to find that we have just sold it elsewhere, it is our policy to refund you in full as soon as possible.

Please note that if you purchase an item and change your mind, we cannot offer a refund, because we are likely to have purchased a replacement stock item the same day, and deleted your item from our web site and any corresponding EBay listing.

Further to our Sales policy, above, if you feel a purchased item has been incorrectly described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. If the item was dispatched by post, please keep the original packaging.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check prior to purchasing that the item fits onto the property. For further details, view our Deliveries page.

Payment policy
FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY: International transactions must be by Paypal, and must be made in GBP pounds sterling. Paypal to Ebay@oddsandsods.net. Please include the item number and your delivery address.

FOR UK TRANSACTIONS ONLY: Please make cheques payable to "www.oddsandsods.net Ltd". Please phone if you wish to pay by credit card without using Paypal. For security reasons, we do not keep credit card details on file. Paypal to Ebay@oddsandsods.net. Please include the item number and your delivery address if postage or delivery applies.
